Order and pay
Click on the shopper at the top right of your screen to pay and complete your order. We will do our best to process and deliver your order quickly.

Order without an account
Of course you can simply place an order in our webshop. If you do choose an account, you can easily track an order, find your orders and we will remember your details so that you do not have to fill them in again the next time.

You can pay in our webshop with the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • iDeal

All prices in the webshop are including VAT. The prices shown apply to items that are delivered within the Netherlands, for orders from abroad different prices or a surcharge may apply.

Once we have received your payment, we will process the order and you will receive an order confirmation.

Handmade and Make-to-order
At House of Koko, craftsmanship, local entrepreneurship, creativity and sustainability are central.

Make to order (MTO) is a corporate manufacturing strategy that we encourage. It is a manufacturing process in which production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.

From the House of Koko studio in The Hague we send orders to our customers from a small stock. This can mean that some of our products can have a delivery time of approximately 3-6 working days. If the delivery time deviates, this is stated on the product page.

Delivery and delivery times

- The Netherlands:
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.95.
Orders above €45.00 are shipped free of charge.

- Belgium and Luxembourg:
Shipping costs are €9.50.
Orders above €50.00 are shipped free of charge.

- Germany, Italy, France:
Shipping costs to Germany are € 14.00
Shipping costs to Italy are €21.50
Shipping costs to France are €19.90


Our couriers deliver 5 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Our kokedamas are specially sent with Packs, they keep the packages upright all the time so that they will arrive in good condition.

If you are not at home, we will first try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If this is not possible, a 'not at home message' will be left in your letterbox and you can choose a new delivery time.

You can track your delivery using the Track and Trace code that you receive by email.

Returns and Refund Policy

Are you not completely satisfied with your online purchases? Then use the return form and read the return conditions below.

Please report the return within 14 days of receiving your purchase and then return the items within 14 days at your own expense by post in suitable packaging. As soon as we have received the return and after checking the condition of the purchases, we will ensure that you get your money back as soon as possible.

Please note: Custom-made items, light sources, (dried) flowers, plants, plant arrangements and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

Change or cancel
In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we have partially automated the ordering process. Therefore, it is unfortunately not always possible to cancel or change your order. For changes or cancellations, please contact info@houseofkoko.nl
